Biography

Research interests:

  • Arctic marine ecology with particularly interest in pelagic but also ice-associated (sympagic) and benthic communities
  • Focusing on physiology and population dynamics
  • Distribution patterns as well as trophic interactions and energy flow
  • Combination of field and experimental work using standard sampling methods as well as state-of-the-art biochemical tools.
