UiT and ARCTOS now associate member of the Arctic Science Partnership (ASP)

In connection with the ArcticNet’s annual meeting in Vancouver (Canada), the Arctic Science Partnership (ASP) also hosted their annual meeting 5-6th of December. ASP is an extensive Greenlandic-Danish-Canadian research collaboration that is now extended to include ARCTOS and UiT. At the moment, UiT is listed as an associate member with Jørgen Berge being a member of the ASP leader group. The mission of ASP is to facilitate and integrate active scientific cooperation between the ASP and its members. A key mechanism to achieve this is the active and direct co-ordination of field campaigns hosted by each member institution.
